DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clinic-based, 3-tier supervision with or without your own caseload
  • Participate in weekly Supervision Meetings
  • Optional: Lead ABA Clinical Supervisors.
  • Supervise and train: BTS, RBTs
  • Use Organizational Behavior Management to manage the team
  • Conduct FBA's (EFL, VB-MAPP), write Assessment Reports
  • Develop proactive business solutions
  • Write and monitor performance plans
  • Manage Correspondence with Clients, Program Supervisors, Clinical Directors, others.

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BCBA OR BCBA-D
  • Demonstrated experience in parent training
  • Documented experience in VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFL
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with data collection software such as Aloha, Motivity
  • Work Independently; Detail Oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
