About This Position
Position: Manager, Training and Implementation
Location: Remote
Summary/Objective:
The Manager, Training and Implementation will report directly to the Director of Business
Systems and will be responsible for creating and executing implementation and training plans
across the organization primarily for integrations. You will collaborate with various departments
to ensure employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles and contribute to the
overall success of the company and foster a culture of continuous learning throughout the
organization. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and overseeing the
implementation of multiple and potentially simultaneous data migration projects. To be
successful in this role, you should have a good eye for detail, expert knowledge of data
conversions and implementations, and a meticulous approach to information verification, while
adhering to the business practices.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
● Lead programs to assist employees with transitions due to technological changes and
integrations
● Develop a practical and working knowledge of business processes; interact with key
business partners to recommend solutions that best meet the strategic needs
● Develop and maintain overall and individualized training plans
● Deploy a wide variety of training methods, while continuously monitoring and evaluating
training program’s effectiveness
● Provide continuous remote and on-site training and support for employees
● Create and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures, such as
written manuals, training videos, and quick reference guides
● Facilitate and assist with business and data discovery process for software changes and
integrations
● Assist in the creation and execution of project plans for software upgrades and changes
in business practices while leveraging technology
● Collaborate and work directly with key stakeholders regarding project timelines,
fulfillment, and identifying any risks
● Work directly with the Director of Business Systems to identify areas of process
improvement and consistently creating efficiencies and scalable solutions in training and
data migration processes
Minimum Qualifications:

● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent leadership and motivational skills
● Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
● Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable. In short, own your
role entirely, while being open to critique, suggestions, and new ideas
● Hands-on experience in all aspects of application development and software architecture
● Ability to independently identify and solve problems creating sustainable and scalable
solutions
● Experience creating and leading both in person and virtual trainings
● Prior integration experience and a proven track record of successfully managing and
executing multiple and simultaneous software conversions
● Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple initiatives on time,
delivering expected business results
● Develop a practical and working knowledge of business processes; interact with key
business partners to recommend solutions that best meet the strategic needs
● Ability to travel during implementations
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience within the home services industry, particularly Pest Control, as well as home
services software programs
● Experience in a private equity backed, multi-entity organization
