Key Responsibilities:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll provide personalized care to individuals in their homes who may need extra support due to age, illness, or disability. Your day may include:

• Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Preparing meals and feeding assistance

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Companionship and emotional support

• Mobility assistance including positioning and transfers

• Monitoring vital signs, intake/output, and other care needs

• Reporting changes in condition to supervising nurses

• Maintaining documentation and ensuring patient privacy

You’ll play a vital role in helping our clients feel comfortable, supported, and safe in their homes.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA license from the Virginia Department of Health

• Current negative TB test or willingness to obtain

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

• At least 1 year of experience as a CNA or HHA (preferred)
