About the Role:

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a crucial role in the implementation of behavior analysis services for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. This position focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT will work directly with clients to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance their overall quality of life. By collecting data and monitoring progress, the RBT contributes to the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Ultimately, the RBT's efforts are aimed at fostering independence and improving social skills, communication, and daily living activities for the individuals they serve.

• Several cases in Conyers/ Covington area
• these cases are in-home (transition to clinic setting in 2 months), school, and daycare settings
• Full-time and part-time available

✨ A Day in the Life ✨

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism or other developmental challenges.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of an experienced BCBA.
• Collect and enter data electronically for each session; training on our electronic systems will be provided.
• Communicate professionally with families and manage challenging behaviors.
• Accurately record client progress and implement skill acquisition programs.
• Travel to clients’ homes and community settings as needed.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training, committing to continued learning and performance improvement.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• RBT Certification (Required)
• Experience working with children or adolescents with autism (Preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the state of Georgia
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong work ethic and commitment to helping others
