As we expand our presence in Singapore and ASEAN, we are looking for a high-performing Partner / Growth Partner to lead business growth, build client relationships, and drive successful project delivery.
Who You Are
We are looking for a Partner / Growth Partner with a proven track record in selling consulting and transformation services to Fortune 500 firms in South East Asia. You have a strong network in ASEAN, capable of generating leads, closing high-value deals, and leading engagements with C-suite executives across industries. Beyond sales leadership, you ensure value is delivered – engaging with clients to understand their business challenges and guiding the team to success.
What You’ll Do- Lead Business Growth – Take full ownership of business expansion in Singapore and ASEAN, driving strategy, client acquisition, and long-term growth by selling consulting services to new clients and leveraging existing networks.
- Leverage Your Network – Use your established ASEAN connections to generate leads, accelerate revenue growth, and close high-value transformation deals.
- Build a Strong Sales Pipeline – Increase deal volume and depth, ensuring a sustainable and growing business.
- Deliver Client Impact – Engage with clients at a strategic level, ensuring that projects meet high-quality standards and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Scale & Strengthen the Team – Expand and develop a high-performing consulting team to support business growth.
- Own & Expand Market Share – Own and expand market share in Singapore and ASEAN, leveraging your industry expertise and network.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership – Shape ADAPTOVATE’s intellectual property and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Proven Sales Leadership – Experience in selling consulting or transformation services, with a track record of closing deals with Fortune 500 executives.
- Established ASEAN Network – A well-connected, high-value network that directly contributes to business growth.
- Business Development Expertise – Demonstrated success in expanding client portfolios, increasing revenue, and managing strategic account development.
- Client Engagement & Consulting Expertise – Skilled in managing consulting cases, work planning, storytelling, and engaging effectively with consulting teams and senior clients.
- Leadership & Mentoring – Experience mentoring senior management, enhancing team capability, and fostering strong client relationships.
- Sales & Growth Focus – At least 5 years of experience in lead generation, sales conversion, and driving strategic business growth.
- Strategic Networking – Strong ability to use professional networks to create business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
- Industry Experience – 10+ years of experience in end-to-end management consulting across diverse sectors.
- Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Personal Attributes – Independent, resilient, commercially minded, and hands-on, with excellent communication skills and a readiness to take on challenges.
