About This Position

Job Title: Regional Support Coordinator (RSC)

Department/Business Unit: US Field Operations-20

Reports to: Regional Director (RD)

Status: Full Time

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt


Job Summary

The Regional Support position coordinates and monitors various operational initiatives within their assigned Region and works in the direction of the Regional Director, while supporting the Region’s Field Consultants and Franchise Owners.


Responsibilities/Duties

  • Purchasing and Buyback Support: Assist the Field Consultant in managing the purchasing and buyback processes, ensuring seamless operations that align with franchise needs and objectives.
  • Operational Support and Issue Resolution: Provide comprehensive operational support by investigating and addressing any issues, discrepancies, or losses affecting daily franchise operations to minimize disruptions and maintain efficiency.
  • Operational Workflow Monitoring: Oversee key franchise activities—such as sales, terminations, renewals, and other operational metrics—to ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Effective Communication and Relationship Management: Foster ongoing communication with franchisees and internal teams, offering guidance and support to facilitate growth, resolve challenges, and drive performance improvements across the franchise network.
  • Franchise Compliance Oversight: Monitor franchisees' compliance with daily operational standards, including adherence to tax school requirements, site selection processes, budgeting and P&L management, monthly accounting functions, and attendance at mandatory trainings, seminars, and conference calls.
  • Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate in the continuous enhancement of operational processes and procedures, driving efficiency gains while maintaining high-quality standards and consistent service delivery.
  • Additional Support: Assist the broader team with various tasks as required to ensure smooth operations and the overall success of franchisee operations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse individuals, including franchisees and team members across various departments.
  • Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision, taking initiative to meet goals and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with franchisees and colleagues within and outside of Operations, adapting communication style to diverse personalities and professional backgrounds.
  • Proactively driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and a high level of adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Leverages analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify challenges, assess situations, and implement effective solutions.
  • Skilled in initiating, planning, and organizing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient prioritization and the timely completion of all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and DocuSign, enabling efficient workflow management and document processing.

Education and Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations-oriented role within the franchise industry or comparable multi-unit retail industry experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Position requires working at a desk at the corporate office for periods of time up to eight hours.
  • Travel up to 10%
