The Senior Fullstack Engineer will take ownership of major product initiatives, building reliable and scalable solutions while collaborating with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of fullstack web applications using modern TypeScript technologies.
- Build and maintain product features across both frontend and backend systems, taking ownership from concept through production release.
- Develop and enhance data-driven dashboards and user experiences that support business intelligence and analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, customer success teams, engineers, and domain experts to define solutions that address customer needs.
- Identify and solve complex technical challenges while leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineering partners.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish technical direction across engineering initiatives.
- Develop high-performance applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, maintainability, and developer experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Balance rapid product delivery with long-term system design and engineering best practices.
The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous engineer with strong fullstack development experience and a passion for building high-quality software products. Required qualifications and skills include:
- 5+ years of experience building frontend and backend systems with TypeScript.
- 3+ years of experience working with modern component-based frontend libraries such as React.
- Strong experience creating and consuming API services using REST and GraphQL.
- Proficiency with SQL and BigQuery or similar data platforms.
- Ability to independently design, develop, and deliver production-ready code with minimal guidance.
- Strong understanding of scalable application architecture and software engineering best practices.
- Ability to move quickly in a dynamic environment while maintaining code quality and system reliability.
- Experience mentoring engineers and supporting team growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Bonus experience with Python, design systems, large-scale data visualization, frontend performance optimization, marketing technology, e-commerce, or advertising technology.
