The Content Operations Associate supports the development, quality assurance, and deployment of K–12 assessment materials in a structured, detail-oriented environment.
This role contributes directly to the accuracy and reliability of test forms and supporting configuration materials used in educational settings.
You will work with established processes and systems to create, review, and quality-check content throughout the production lifecycle.
The position also involves coordinating with external vendors and monitoring their work to ensure quality and process requirements are met.
Success in this role requires strong organization, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities against deadlines.
You will collaborate with internal teams while developing practical experience in content operations, project coordination, quality control, and educational assessment.

- Follow established process documentation and quality-control procedures to ensure assessment materials meet required standards.
- Learn and effectively use internal systems and tools to complete content operations and production tasks.
- Create and quality-check test forms and test configuration files with a high level of accuracy.
- Conduct detailed quality-control reviews of K–12 test materials and identify errors, inconsistencies, or potential issues.
- Investigate identified problems and contribute to practical solutions that maintain quality and production timelines.
- Monitor work completed by external vendors and help ensure deliverables meet established requirements and quality expectations.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with colleagues and relevant stakeholders to coordinate work, resolve issues, and maintain smooth production workflows.
- Communicate progress, questions, and potential risks clearly through written and verbal channels.
- Support broader content operations activities as needed to ensure assessment materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 0–2 years of experience in project management, operations management, content operations, or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to identify issues and develop appropriate solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when reviewing and preparing assessment materials.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize several tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines effectively in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively within a team environment.
- Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and technology platforms.
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate questions or potential issues.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, typically around 3–4 times per year.
