Responsibilities
We are looking for an Engineering System Analyst II to join our team! In this role, you will support and enhance Design Studio tools by leading investigations, troubleshooting system issues, driving user training initiatives, analyzing data, and collaborating with business, IT, and vendor teams to improve processes and system performance. Key Responsibilities
- Perform and lead investigations of Design Studio issues while partnering with users and management to identify solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training on Design Studio tools, including the creation of new training materials.
- Analyze data and support the development of reporting and business insights.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts with business partners, IT teams, and third-party vendors to resolve system and process issues.
- Collaborate with business units to define functional requirements and develop processes that support Design Studio tools.
- Provide guidance and support to employees across the organization on the effective use of Design Studio tools.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training plans, and deployment activities for system enhancements.
- Operate independently as a Product Owner for one or more products or teams, prioritizing business needs and delivering solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- One of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or
- Associate degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or
- 10+ years of applicable business experience.
- Preferred: Five or more years of experience in engineering, sales, marketing, information technology, or a related business environment.
