Executive Assistant - Home Business

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Executive Assistant - Home Business based in the United States.

This role provides essential administrative and operational support to a Home Therapy team and other business-growth initiatives.
You’ll help keep schedules, meetings, projects, documents, and day-to-day priorities organized and moving forward.
The position combines strong administrative execution with independent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll work with stakeholders across the organization, helping coordinate activities, track information, and support important business objectives.
Confidentiality and professionalism are critical, particularly when handling sensitive company, employee, and patient information.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Home Therapy team and other teams involved in business growth initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams and key stakeholders to coordinate activities and help achieve organizational objectives.
  • Resolve day-to-day administrative and operational challenges using sound judgment, critical thinking, and appropriate independent decision-making.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, schedules, conferences, training sessions, special events, travel arrangements, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company, employee, departmental, and patient information.
  • Prepare presentations, charts, graphs, statistical reports, budget tracking materials, research, data summaries, and other project deliverables.
  • Gather information and provide timely written and verbal follow-up regarding project findings, activities, and outstanding actions.
  • Draft, format, reproduce, distribute, and maintain correspondence, presentations, handouts, training materials, reports, and other documents.
  • Establish, organize, and maintain files, databases, records, and administrative documentation to ensure information remains accurate and accessible.
  • Respond professionally and courteously to internal and external customers through phone, written correspondence, in-person interactions, and other communication channels.
  • Promote high customer-service standards and develop effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and perform responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance and ensure administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, with experience supporting senior leadership considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and a professional, solutions-focused approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to independently address routine administrative and operational issues.
  • High level of discretion and demonstrated ability to safeguard confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in required internal applications and systems within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the flexibility to support multiple teams, projects, and business priorities as needed.
