Lead Projects Technician in Cincinnati, Ohio at Uptown Rental Properties LLC

Uptown Rental Properties is looking for an experienced Lead Projects Technician who knows maintenance, enjoys solving problems, and can help keep our properties running smoothly.

You'll be out in the field, tackling repairs, troubleshooting problems, supporting other technicians, and helping our Facilities Operations Manager keep things moving.

• Complete maintenance and repair work across our properties

• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building systems, and more

• Figure out the real cause of a problem—not just put a Band-Aid on it

• Help prioritize and coordinate maintenance work

• Jump in on more difficult or escalated service issues

• Work with vendors when outside help is needed

• Visit properties and spot maintenance issues before they become bigger problems

• Help keep work orders, purchases, receipts, labor hours, and other maintenance processes on track

• Serve as a go-to resource for other members of the maintenance team

• Participate in a scheduled after-hours on-call rotation

• Know your way around building maintenance and repairs

• Can troubleshoot a problem without needing someone to walk you through every step

• Stay organized when there's a lot going on

• Take pride in doing the job right the first time

• Communicate well with residents, coworkers, managers, and vendors

• Are dependable and willing to jump in when the team needs you

• Enjoy helping others solve problems

• Can take the lead without needing a fancy title to do it
