Assistant Warehouse Manager – Distribution Operations

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Position: Full-Time

About the Position

We are an established, growing distribution company seeking a dependable, hands-on Assistant Warehouse Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our Las Vegas distribution center.

This is not a desk-management position. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, working alongside the team, keeping operations organized, and making sure orders are received, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

The Assistant Warehouse Manager will work directly with our experienced Warehouse Manager/Site Lead and help manage the day-to-day warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations and employee supervision
• Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement
• Keep employees productive, organized, and accountable
• Help prioritize daily orders and shipping requirements
• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
• Assist with employee scheduling and workflow
• Identify and resolve operational problems quickly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
• Communicate with management regarding inventory, staffing, shipping, and operational issues
• Step in wherever needed to ensure the day’s work gets completed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and hands-on leadership style
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable supervising and motivating warehouse employees
• Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
