You will contribute to earnings communications, investor events, conferences, and targeted shareholder engagement.
The role also involves analyzing company and peer performance, valuations, and market reactions to key developments.
You’ll work cross-functionally with finance, legal, communications, and other business teams on high-priority initiatives.
This is an opportunity to build deep expertise in capital markets while helping shape compelling internal and external narratives.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage day-to-day investor relations activities, including investor events, Analyst Day, marketing materials, the IR website, and relationships with external vendors.
  • Support the full quarterly earnings process, including preparation of earnings scripts, presentations, investor Q&A, and related communications.
  • Help plan and execute conferences, non-deal roadshows, bus tours, and other investor marketing activities.
  • Drive shareholder targeting initiatives to identify and engage potential long-term investors, while measuring the effectiveness of investor engagement.
  • Analyze business fundamentals, company and peer valuations, financial performance, and relevant capital markets data.
  • Monitor investor and analyst reactions to competitive developments, corporate actions, and other market events, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Build broad knowledge of the business and help develop clear, compelling messaging for both internal stakeholders and the investment community.
  • Ensure investor communications and events are conducted in accordance with Regulation FD requirements.
  • Monitor shareholder concerns and emerging market themes to identify potential issues and improve external communications.
  • Identify and develop innovative ways to use AI and other technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of investor relations activities.
  • Partner with finance, legal, communications, and business leadership on strategic and high-priority initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, sell-side research, capital markets, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting, with working knowledge of Regulation FD.
  • Solid capital markets expertise, including the ability to interpret financial statements and develop or understand valuation models commonly used by investors.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize quantitative data and qualitative insights into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both internal stakeholders and external investors.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across finance and business functions and establish trust with senior stakeholders.
  • High curiosity and a demonstrated willingness to learn about capital markets, the software industry, competitors, and evolving investor expectations.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in the SaaS or software industry is a plus.
  • Comfort communicating directly with executives and members of the investment community in high-stakes situations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with investor relations platforms such as FactSet or Irwin is advantageous.
Benefits:
  • Annual cash compensation range of $114,400–$156,000 USD, with individual packages determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
  • Eligibility for annual bonus opportunities under applicable incentive plans.
  • Eligibility for equity compensation through restricted stock units (RSUs), depending on the role and compensation package.
  • Comprehensive benefits and perks designed to support employees’ professional and personal well-being.
  • Flexible working arrangements designed to balance autonomy with meaningful connection and collaboration.
  • Opportunities to participate in in-person team and company events while maintaining a flexible work environment.
  • Support for reasonable accommodations when needed during the hiring process and employment.
  • A collaborative environment with opportunities to work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
