Arch Dental Assistant School - Fort Wayne is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our hybrid, 10-week training program.

• Schedule:

Weekends (Saturday + Sunday), 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, at our office location, in person.

One weekday evening per week (6:00–8:00 PM or 7:00–9:00 PM, local time) Online on demand.

• Location: Fort Wayne (Hybrid: Online + In-Person)
• Compensation: Instructors are W-2 with a standard $28/hr base plus cohort and placement bonuses. Top performers effectively reach ~$45.50/hr.

What You'll Do

• Lead live online classes
• Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
• Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
• Coach students during hands-on lab practice
• Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
• Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
• Foster a supportive, structured learning environment

• 2+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience (DA, RDA, or EFDA welcome)
