ICMS is looking for an experienced Facility Operations Supervisor who is responsible for the overall on-site supervision, coordination, and oversight of maintenance, repair, and operational activities across the Contractor's Pest Control, Environmental, Plant Operations, HVAC, and Electrical functional areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide on-site supervision and direction for all work activities associated with Pest Control, Environmental, Plant Operations, HVAC, and Electrical functions.

· Ensure work is performed in accordance with the PWS, contract requirements, approved procedures, manufacturer recommendations, applicable codes, and established maintenance standards.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes, directives, and environmental and safety requirements.

· Supervise and coordinate personnel across multiple technical disciplines and ensure adequate staffing and resources are available to accomplish assigned work.

· Ensure employees and subcontractors are properly trained, qualified, licensed, and/or certified for the work they perform.

· Monitor the quality, productivity, timeliness, and completeness of work performed by Contractor and subcontractor personnel.

· Inspect work in progress and completed work to verify compliance with contract requirements and applicable standards.

· Review work orders and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are properly documented and closed out.

· Monitor facility systems and equipment for operating conditions, deficiencies, failures, and potential maintenance requirements.

· Coordinate troubleshooting, repair, and restoration of facility systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plant operations, and related building systems.

· Oversee pest-control activities and ensure appropriate procedures are followed for pest inspection, treatment, chemical handling, documentation, and prevention.

· Coordinate environmental activities, including appropriate handling and storage of hazardous materials, regulated substances, waste, spills, and other environmental matters within the scope of the contract.

· Ensure electrical work and HVAC/refrigeration activities are performed by appropriately qualified personnel and in accordance with applicable safety and licensing requirements.

· Perform other duties necessary to support successful execution of the contract.

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations, building operations, or related technical maintenance activities.

· Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience directing facilities maintenance or operations personnel.

· Demonstrated experience coordinating work across multiple facility disciplines, preferably including HVAC, electrical, mechanical/plant operations, environmental, or pest-control activities.

· Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Licenses and Certifications:

• A valid state’s driver's license (with no major infractions) is required
• OSHA 30 Training
• EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigeration Technician preferred but not required.

Security Clearance:

Minimum investigation at a Public Trust level required.

Job Type: Full-Time Onsite Position (Telecommute not considered for this position)

Work schedules are subject to change based on client and company needs. As a management position, this person will be on call regularly and be available for and respond to emergencies off shift.

*This is a contingent hire position based upon the award of contract.
