Program Manager, Credentialing Services in Dallas, Texas at Symmetry Anesthesia LLC

Symmetry has roughly 200 credentialing files moving at any time. Each one is its own project with three tracks that run on different clocks: Client’s Central Verification Service, medical group billing credentials, and facility privileges through Credentials Committee, MEC, and Board. A provider cannot start until all three close. When a file stalls, a start date slips, a room goes uncovered and revenue is lost. Symmetry does not credential providers. Our clients and associated medical groups do. Our job is to move every file through their processes faster and more predictably than they would move on their own. That takes a program manager who owns the credentialing program end to end: designs the process, runs it, works files directly, and keeps everyone informed proactively.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Own the portfolio
• Drive every file to done
• Communicate so no one has to chase you
• Build the program

• Five or more years managing programs or projects with many concurrent workstreams, hard deadlines, and outside parties you do not control. Healthcare operations, medical staff services, provider onboarding, or revenue cycle strongly preferred.
• A track record of owning outcomes, not tasks. You can show where you took a messy process, made it predictable, and ran it yourself.
• Task discipline. You keep accurate status on hundreds of items without dropping any, and people learn they never have to follow up with you.
• Clear, fast, organized written and verbal communication with physicians, executives, and hospital staff.
• Comfortable building process from scratch and then working inside it. You write the SOP and you work the file.
• Strong systems skills. Able to learn MD-Staff and similar platforms quickly, build reports, and keep data clean. Proficient in Excel.
• Receptive to feedback and coaching, and able to give both.

Preferred:

• Direct experience with hospital credentialing and privileging, a central verification service, or medical group enrollment (CAQH, PECOS, payer enrollment).
• Experience with MD-Staff, MD Query, or Bullhorn.
• Experience with anesthesia groups or a start-up health services company.
• PMP, CPCS, or CPMSM.
