Remote Associate Service Agent in Sylvania, Ohio at Jamilynn Fox - Allstate Insurance

We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented P&C licensed CSR professional to join our team. This is a remote position.

This role requires exceptional relationship building, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. The best candidate understands the Allstate Insurance model and has market area operations acumen.

An active Ohio Property & Casualty license is required for this role. Prior Allstate experience in property and casualty insurance sales is a must.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming agency calls
• Assist clients with a variety of requests, including processing payments, answering policy questions, and updating account information
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for additional coverage or referrals to the sales team
• Document client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Work remotely Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email
• Comfortable working with insurance policies and handling sensitive client information
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or insurance-related role preferred
