SUMMARY GLOM Global is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Franchise Development Sales Representative with proven experience generating and converting leads through trade shows, franchise expos, conferences, networking events, and other face-to-face sales environments. This individual will play an important role in expanding GLOM Global's franchise footprint by representing the company at industry events, engaging prospective franchise owners, qualifying opportunities, conducting follow-up consultations, and guiding qualified prospects through the franchise sales process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Trade Show & Event Sales

· Represent GLOM Global at franchise expos, trade shows, conferences, healthcare events, business networking events, and community events.

· Proactively engage attendees and initiate meaningful conversations with potential franchise owners.

· Communicate GLOM Global's franchise opportunity, brand story, business model, and value proposition.

· Identify individuals with the financial, professional, and entrepreneurial profile to become successful franchisees.

· Capture and document qualified leads using CRM and lead-management systems.

· Schedule follow-up consultations and appointments directly from events.

· Track event performance, including leads generated, qualified prospects, appointments, applications, and franchise sales.

Franchise Lead Development

· Respond quickly and professionally to event-generated and inbound franchise inquiries.

· Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand a prospect's goals, experience, financial readiness, market interests, and motivation.

· Qualify prospects and advance them through GLOM Global's franchise development process.

· Maintain consistent contact with prospects through phone, email, text, and virtual meetings.

· Develop long-term relationships with prospects who may not be immediately ready to invest.

Sales & Conversion

· Conduct franchise discovery presentations and consultations.

· Clearly communicate the benefits and responsibilities of franchise ownership.

· Address prospect questions and objections professionally.

· Coordinate with GLOM Global leadership, Sales, and Underwriting throughout the franchise approval process.

· Maintain accurate pipeline information and provide regular reporting on prospect status.

· Consistently pursue opportunities from initial contact through application, approval, and franchise award.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in trade shows, events, business development, franchising, B2B sales, or consultative selling.

· Demonstrated success generating leads in high-volume face-to-face environments.

· Experience working franchise expos or similar business-development events are strongly preferred.

· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

· Ability to quickly establish rapport with strangers.

· Strong prospecting and follow-up discipline.

· Comfortable discussing business opportunities and financial considerations.

· Ability to identify and overcome sales objections.

· Strong organizational and CRM skills.

· Self-motivated, competitive, and results oriented.

· Professional appearance and executive presence.

· Willingness to travel for franchise expos, conferences, and networking events.

· Strong financial acumen, including understanding of reimbursement models and revenue cycle management.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and electronic health record systems.

· Knowledge of participant confidentiality laws (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2) and professional ethical standards.

· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationally as required.

· CPR/First Aid/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).

· Authorized to work in the United States.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

· Self-motivated and able to function independently within an evolving franchising structure.
