RN Interventional Pain Management Clinic
$2,500 - $10,000 Sign on Bonus! Conditions may apply.
If you are a compassionate and upbeat individual, who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, this position may be what you are looking for. It is in procedure center setting, doing pre and post -operative care. You, as the RN, will work closely with the physicians and other related staff. The pace is fast (average of 60 procedures daily) and you will be standing/moving most of the ten (10) hour shift.
SUMMARY: This position is filled by a registered nurse who, as a result of educational and clinical experience, possesses the advanced knowledge and clinical skills necessary to provide expert nursing care; applies expert knowledge to act as a change agent, role model and leader; ensures quality focused and cost-effective care delivery outcomes; functions within a collaborative practice to enhance quality of care and participates in continuous quality improvement activities.
Responsible and accountable for direct patient care and providing leadership within the nursing team. Responsible and accountable for the care given to the patient and for the decision regarding which nursing tasks can be safely delegated to licensed and unlicensed persons involved in patient care. Responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care and promoting a team effort among co-workers. Responsible and accountable to know, own and energize the vision, mission, values and standards of the hospital.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
Licensure: Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing.
Experience: Minimum of one-year experience is preferred.
Certifications: BLS & ACLS required

Able to push/pull in excess of 150-pound wheelchair with patient or equipment. Occasionally lift patients with assist 125 pounds or more. Spends eight hours or more in front of computer, monitor or similar screen utilizing keyboard and/or mouse. Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations of CPR and obtaining equipment. Must be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure. Has a keen sense of awareness (visual and auditory with or without correction). May be subject to inside environmental conditions, hazards (including electrical currents and exposure to high heat and chemicals) and infectious diseases.
