Job Description
Are you a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse who enjoys variety, teamwork, and practicing at the top of your license?
Schedule
- Guaranteed 36-hour workweek
- 7:00am 7:00pm
- Three 12-hour shifts per week (or as assigned by the facility)
- Labor & Delivery with Medical-Surgical float responsibilities based on patient census
- Care for patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
- Monitor maternal and fetal health during labor.
- Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
- Perform newborn assessments and stabilization.
- Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care.
- Float to the Medical-Surgical unit as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a community-focused hospital.
Required
- Active RN License
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP Certification
- Labor & Delivery experience
Preferred
- Critical Access Hospital experience
- Medical-Surgical experience
- Ability to work independently in a rural healthcare setting
