Bill Howe started AM/PM Sewer & Drain Cleaning in 1980. Bill Howe is currently hiring an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor. HVAC Comfort Advisor is a professional sales position responsible for providing exceptional customer service at all times. Listens to customers' concerns in regards to the HVAC services provided and suggests proper treatments or solutions to address their service needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop profitable sales, and acquire customers through our established sales and marketing program
- Make recommendations to the customer regarding the different options they have to resolve their wants and needs
- Identify new business opportunities by performing direct sales activities, and provide support to the administrative personnel as requested
- Communicate proper operation and owner's maintenance of the installed equipment to the consumer
- Answer related questions as to operation, features, and functions to the homeowner
- Perform required documentation for each installation and have client sign necessary paper work and collect payments as directed
- Develop self-generated leads through networking, data mining (from existing client records), and referral generation from previous clients
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Sales and Installation experience required
- Driver's License required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
- Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 300,000 USD per year(San Diego)
