The Director, People Operations, Data and Technology will own the operating infrastructure behind the People function, creating scalable systems, processes, and insights that support organizational growth. This role requires a strategic operator who can translate business needs into effective workflows, technology solutions, and measurable outcomes.
- Design and manage the People operating system, including planning cycles, team cadences, documentation standards, and operational review processes.
- Build accountability frameworks that improve prioritization, visibility, execution, and delivery across the People organization.
- Own People policies, handbooks, operational documentation, and governance processes to ensure consistency and accessibility.
- Develop scalable employee lifecycle systems covering onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, career growth, talent programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Create operational frameworks for benefits changes, program launches, and employee experience improvements.
- Build and maintain People analytics capabilities, ensuring accurate data, reporting integrity, and effective governance across systems.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives by developing data infrastructure and forecasting capabilities that support organizational growth.
- Partner with Finance and leadership teams to translate workforce data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, audits, reporting requirements, and People risk management processes.
- Own HR technology strategy, including HRIS requirements, automation opportunities, AI enablement, adoption, and change management.
- Define technology priorities and collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering teams to develop effective solutions.
- Promote cross-functional alignment by creating well-designed processes and consistent operating practices across teams.
The ideal candidate is an experienced People Operations leader with a strong background in scaling systems, leveraging data, and building operational infrastructure within fast-growing environments.
- 10+ years of experience in People Operations, Business Operations, or a related operational leadership function.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable processes, systems, and operating models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform workforce data into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.
- Experience building People analytics capabilities, reporting structures, and data governance practices.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with HR technology, automation, and applying AI solutions to improve operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle operations, workforce planning, and organizational processes.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence leaders and partner effectively across teams.
- Ability to operate strategically while maintaining hands-on ownership of execution and implementation.
- Competitive annual salary range of $240,000–$250,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
