Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility in Stockton, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: FullTime, Part-Time, PRN
• Work Shift: Variable (Days, Nights, Evenings or rotating)
• Shift Differential: depending on shift

What Your Day Looks Like: This skilled nursing facility is a 90-bed facility where you will exercise a number of skills, including: assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The Registered Nurse is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be:

• Assisting in the development of a discharge plan for each resident and completing recapitulation of stay.
• Monitoring vital signs, weight fluctuations, evaluates information, and updates the provider for necessary changes.
• Facilitating resident admissions and discharges.
• Making hall rounds to assure completion of range of motion, positioning, proper alignment, comfort and relief of pressure.
• Assuring the residents' rights are being protected, corrects, and/or reporting incidents to the Nursing Administration.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Experience: One year previous health care experience preffered

Skills: Resident assessment, medication administration, interdisciplinary collaboration

Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in the state of Missouri & BLS for Health Care Provider CPR within 6 months of employment

Physical Requirements: The ability to stand for long periods of time and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
