What You'll Do

• Post customer payments (cash, checks, credit cards) accurately and efficiently
• Verify and enter revenue transactions
• Maintain precise records of invoices, debits, and credits
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies with sales, customer service, and customers
• Follow procedures to resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions
• Support collections by reviewing payment plans, payment history, and credit lines
• Protect sensitive financial information
• Participate in educational opportunities to expand your accounting knowledge
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree in accounting preferred)
• 2+ years of hands-on accounts receivable experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Strong communicator, organized, and deadline-driven
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Sound judgment, common sense, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with 10-key calculations and numbers
• High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
