  • Prepare and deliver commission statements and reporting with a high degree of accuracy and transparency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, Payroll, and global teams to ensure data alignment and timely payments.
  • Support new hires, leavers, and transfers, ensuring accurate commission eligibility and smooth onboarding/offboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, or other professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, large datasets)
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of business leaders

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation — Base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 (based on experience and education) with additional performance-based incentives.
