Job Description
Position Summary:
The Quality Control Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our company’s high standards of quality. This role involves inspecting products at various stages of production, conducting tests, and maintaining detailed records to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Always follows all safety rules and contributes to a safe work environment.
· Inspects products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.
· Conduct tests to determine if products meet specifications.
· Records inspection results and maintains accurate quality records.
· Communicate effectively with production team members to address quality issues.
· Assists in developing and implementing quality control procedures.
· Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
· Identifies and reports any defects or non-conformities.
· Collaborates with the production team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
· Ensures that finished products meet customer specifications and expectations.
· Demonstrates emotional maturity and respect for diversity in interactions with fellow associates.
· Other duties may be assigned as necessary based on the needs of the business.
Requirements:Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
· Ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals.
· Professional maturity to work within a respectful, diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
· Consistently demonstrate a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
