The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for technical positions while acting as a strategic talent partner to hiring leaders and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for primarily Product and Engineering roles across the United States, with opportunities to support international hiring needs.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to define role requirements, align on hiring strategies, and establish clear expectations for successful candidates.
- Build proactive talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and an established network of technical professionals.
- Identify, engage, and close highly qualified candidates for competitive and specialized technology roles.
- Deliver a consistent, candidate-focused recruitment experience across different regions and time zones.
- Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and recruiting recommendations to support effective hiring decisions.
- Design and improve recruiting processes to create scalable, efficient, and human-centered hiring practices.
- Navigate complex hiring challenges, including competitive talent markets, global recruitment considerations, and evolving business needs.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and contribute to building diverse, high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate is an experienced technical recruiter who combines strong sourcing expertise, strategic partnership skills, and the ability to succeed in a fast-moving technology environment.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record of sourcing and closing top technical talent.
- Proven experience recruiting for Product, Engineering, or other highly specialized technology roles.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders, executives, or founders on critical and high-impact hires.
- Deep sourcing expertise with the ability to build pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions beyond inbound applications.
- Strong understanding of technical talent markets, hiring trends, compensation considerations, and candidate motivations.
- Experience supporting global hiring efforts, including awareness of different markets, regulations, and time zone considerations.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to operate independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and energized by building recruiting processes from the ground up.
- Commitment to creating diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
- Experience or interest in open source, cybersecurity, software development, or emerging technologies is a plus.
- Competitive base salary range of $145,000–$165,000 USD.
