Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Sales/GTM)

You will act as a strategic recruiting partner for Go-to-Market teams, helping leaders attract and hire exceptional talent across critical business functions.
By combining market insights, sourcing expertise, and data-driven recruiting strategies, you will influence hiring decisions and strengthen organizational growth.
The position provides ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent discovery and candidate engagement to offer management and onboarding support.
You will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to create a seamless, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experience.

Accountabilities:

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, managing strategic recruiting initiatives and delivering effective hiring solutions for Go-to-Market teams. The role combines relationship management, talent strategy, sourcing excellence, and operational execution.

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across Sales and Go-to-Market functions to develop effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles by leveraging market research, sourcing techniques, networking, and recruiting insights.
  • Recruit for positions across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, and related business functions.
  • Design structured interview processes and support hiring teams with candidate evaluation frameworks and calibration discussions.
  • Use recruiting analytics and market data to provide insights on pipeline performance, hiring progress, time-to-fill, and recruiting effectiveness.
  • Coach hiring managers and interview teams on inclusive hiring practices, candidate assessment, and recruiting best practices.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and sourcing strategies through innovation and data-driven recommendations.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency and hiring effectiveness.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced talent acquisition professional with strong expertise in technology recruiting, Go-to-Market hiring, and strategic stakeholder partnership.

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting Sales or Go-to-Market hiring within a technology, SaaS, or software environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for revenue-generating roles such as Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions through market knowledge, data, and business understanding.
  • Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines for challenging roles.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and improve hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and willingness to adopt new tools that enhance recruiting workflows.
