RPO Talent Specialist
At HTI, the Talent Specialist plays a key role in supporting full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition efforts for client sites and internal stakeholders. This position partners with hiring managers, recruiting teams, and clients to deliver high-quality recruiting services, ensures a positive candidate experience, and support workforce planning initiatives. Success in this role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Is This You?As a Talent Specialist, you will support talent acquisition strategies and recruiting operations by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and recruiting partners to ensure timely placements, strong communication, and an exceptional candidate experience. Your ability to build relationships, manage recruiting activities, and support continuous process improvement will directly contribute to the success of HTI and its clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Strategy
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, workforce plans, and client expectations
  • Serve as the strategic and accountability liaison between internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting services, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, compliance, and communication with hiring managers and clients.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing activities using recruiting platforms, job boards, social media, networking, and talent pipelines as needed.
  • Lead employment branding and candidate engagement initiatives to ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience
  • Coordinate and execute interview and selection processes, including phone screens, assessments, and interviews.
  • Support offer creation, communication, and onboarding coordination.
Client Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, educational institutions, and external talent networks.
  • Establish effective communication and working relationships with internal teams, candidates, clients, and stakeholders
  • Provide proactive communication and updates regarding recruiting activities, hiring progress, and workforce needs
  • ???????Support client meetings, recruiting updates, and hiring strategy discussions as needed.
  • ???????Deliver high-quality customer service and support to both internal and external partners.
Process Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Optimize and continuously improve recruiting processes, systems, and workflows to support efficient and high-quality RPO delivery.
  • Administer recruiting metrics and reporting to ensure compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor labor market trends and talent intelligence across geographic regions to support scalable recruiting strategies.
  • Maintain recruiting systems, applicant tracking systems, and candidate records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret recruiting data to identify trends and implement recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting process requirements.
  • Support additional recruiting and operational activities as required.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of diverse recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience using recruiting systems and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather and analyze data and implement recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements related to the recruiting process.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Education and Experience:Required
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR, staffing, or recruiting experience with a solid understanding of the staffing or talent acquisition industry.
  • Experience using recruiting systems, sourcing platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based recruiting tools.
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Paycom, Bullhorn, Paylocity, UKG, Workday, Taleo, Bullhorn, etc.)
  • Previous manufacturing experience
Work Environment:
  • This role is primarily on-site at client locations, requiring regular collaboration with HR teams, hiring managers, and recruiting teams.
Travel:
  • Some travel may be required to support recruiting events, job fairs, client meetings, networking activities, and other business needs.
