What You’ll Do:
· Provide legal assistant support for assigned litigation teams within the Litigation Department
· Supervise a team of legal assistants whose role is to be a jack-of-all-trades, assisting litigation teams with tasks like ordering medical records, confirming lien balances, negotiating reductions, and assembling exhibits for trial, along with other tasks as needed to help move our cases through the litigation process.
· Oversee legal assistant operations and workflow within the Litigation Department
· Ensure consistent application of litigation support best practices and firm standards
· Lead, mentor, and develop legal assistants within the department
· Coordinate onboarding and training of new legal assistants in collaboration with department leadership
· Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture
· Develop and implement methods to monitor work quality and operational performance of legal assistants
· Maintain and enforce standards related to client communication and case handling
· Develop and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and task outcomes
· Monitor compliance with firm policies, procedures, and FileVine documentation standards
· Identify opportunities for workflow improvement, scalability, and operational efficiency
· Support firm growth initiatives and client service objectives

· Salary: $60 – 70K annually

Requirements:What You Bring:
· Experience as a legal assistant in personal injury or related professional experience
· Strong leadership and team development skills
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management abilities
· Ability to manage high-volume workloads and competing priorities
· Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Experience with legal technology and case management systems preferred
