This role leads the global paid media, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing strategy, owning the systems that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
You will have significant ownership over marketing investments, performance optimization, and operational excellence, partnering closely with marketing, sales, finance, and analytics teams.
The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, shaping full-funnel programs across B2B, brand, and B2C channels.
You will build scalable processes, improve measurement frameworks, and turn performance insights into business decisions.
As a senior marketing leader, you will develop high-performing teams, strengthen agency partnerships, and influence growth strategies across the organization.
This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where innovation, data, and customer outcomes drive success.

Accountabilities:

The Director, Paid Media and Digital Demand will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media and digital demand programs, ensuring marketing investments generate measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer impact.

  • Define and execute paid media strategies across B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, brand initiatives, and B2C growth programs.
  • Establish performance benchmarks, measurement frameworks, reporting processes, and optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead media agency partnerships by setting priorities, managing performance, overseeing delivery, and driving strategic business reviews.
  • Build and scale digital demand generation programs across paid, owned, and earned channels, supporting field programs, events, product launches, integrated campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
  • Own email marketing and lifecycle programs, developing customer journeys, segmentation strategies, automation frameworks, and KPIs tied to acquisition, retention, adoption, expansion, and revenue impact.
  • Drive B2C acquisition, retention, and promotional strategies while evaluating performance and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, analytics, finance, creative, and go-to-market teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Develop scalable digital marketing playbooks that can be adapted across segments, industries, regions, and customer programs.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, pacing, reconciliation, and financial processes while providing executive-level insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team by creating clarity, encouraging experimentation, and supporting professional growth.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded marketing leader with deep expertise in paid media, demand generation, performance marketing, and team leadership.

  • 10+ years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or performance marketing, with ownership of strategy and execution across B2B and B2C environments.
  • 6+ years of experience leading, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing media agency relationships, including planning, execution, budgeting, and performance reviews.
  • Strong expertise across major advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic/CTV, and YouTube.
  • Experience with modern measurement approaches such as attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and full-funnel performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated success managing significant marketing budgets, forecasting spend, and translating results into executive-level recommendations.
  • Strong operational capabilities, including budget governance, approval workflows, invoicing processes, and financial tracking.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate effectively within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience partnering with demand generation, field marketing, events, analytics, finance, creative, and sales teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and growth-oriented mindset.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary range of $148,200–$195,000 USD, depending on location, experience, skills, and other factors.
  • Bonus eligibility and comprehensive total compensation package.
  • Flexible remote work environment with opportunities for in-person collaboration when applicable.
  • Comprehensive medical coverage and employee wellness support.
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO).
  • Wellness reimbursement programs.
  • Professional development funding to support continuous learning and career growth.
  • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment focused on innovation, technology, and skills development.
  • Inclusive workplace culture that values collaboration, belonging, and diverse perspectives.
