This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Specialist - Global based in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to shape marketing initiatives that connect Spanish-speaking audiences worldwide with meaningful resources, products, and events. You’ll combine cultural awareness with hands-on campaign execution across digital, social, print, email, and event channels. Working closely with internal teams, authors, creative partners, vendors, and ministry stakeholders, you’ll help bring campaigns from planning through delivery. Your insights into Spanish-speaking markets will contribute to research, messaging, and broader marketing strategy. Attention to linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance will be essential to creating authentic audience experiences. This is a remote U.S.-based opportunity within a collaborative, mission-driven environment, with occasional travel for team gatherings.
- Execute marketing campaigns and tactics for Spanish-speaking and global audiences across email, social media, print, sales presentations, conference materials, catalogs, and other marketing assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, authors, vendors, and creative partners across domestic and international markets to gather information, manage deliverables, and ensure content is culturally relevant and linguistically accurate.
- Support market research and analysis, including surveys, market trend monitoring, customer insights, and social listening, to help inform marketing strategies and messaging.
- Coordinate with authors, vendors, and ministry partners on activities such as scheduling, translation reviews, deliverable follow-up, and relationship management.
- Contribute executional insights and research-based perspectives during strategic planning discussions for Spanish-language resources and campaigns.
- Track campaign timelines, monitor deliverables, collect performance data, and proactively flag issues or risks to managers.
- Maintain marketing calendars and update content within project management and campaign management platforms.
- Share campaign learnings, best practices, and process improvements with colleagues while actively contributing to team knowledge sharing.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization’s mission and values and support work that serves Spanish-speaking communities globally.
- Travel approximately 2–4 times per year, typically for overnight team gatherings in the Middle Tennessee area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 1–2 years of experience executing marketing campaigns, ideally within a bilingual, multicultural, or global-market environment.
- Working knowledge of the cultural and linguistic nuances of Spanish-speaking and international audiences.
- Experience with content creation, asset coordination, campaign workflows, and marketing project management.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, responsiveness, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Creativity and storytelling skills that can strengthen campaigns and increase audience engagement.
- Familiarity with social media management, SEO/keyword strategy, and persona-based messaging is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign performance tracking is preferred.
- Exposure to both digital and print marketing tactics is beneficial.
- Experience supporting marketing or communications within a nonprofit, ministry, or mission-driven environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is preferred.
- Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel to the Middle Tennessee area 2–4 times annually for team gatherings.
