RN, Hospice Manager in West Plains, Missouri at Ozarks Healthcare

Directs, Coordinates, and Manages Daily provision of Hospice services with and between all disciplines: external and internal services, agencies, facilities, and physicians, within the framework of the purpose of Hospice services and Ozarks Medical Center’s mission, goal and vision. Directly supervises and manages Hospice nursing staff. Fosters autonomy, accountability and professional/personal growth and development of staff. Provides leadership within the nursing aide, and therapy team. Responsible and accountable for the care given to the patient and for the decisions regarding nursing tasks delegated to licensed and unlicensed personnel; obtaining and documenting complete medical history and vital signs; educates and in-service other staff in JCAHO preparation. Will assume responsibilities for Director in her absence for all Hospice-related activities.

Current MO RN License or from compact state

Certification in Hospice and palliative care
