Concept Rehab is looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team in Ashland, Missouri.

As an SLP, you will:
- Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
- Provide skilled speech therapy services
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and other members of the care team
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Provide education to patients, families, and facility staff when appropriate
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Missouri SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
