This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Segurança da Informação based in Brazil.
This role focuses on protecting information assets, infrastructure, and business operations against evolving cybersecurity threats.
You will monitor security environments, investigate alerts, and respond to incidents and vulnerabilities.
The position combines hands-on security operations with risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement.
You will work with technologies such as SIEM, EDR, PAM, DLP, NGFW, and vulnerability management platforms.
The role also contributes to security architecture, policies, procedures, audits, and technology projects.
It offers an opportunity to collaborate across technical teams while strengthening the organization’s overall security posture.
The position is available in a remote, hybrid, or on-site format, depending on location and arrangement.
Administer security-related computing environments and contribute to the definition of technology architectures for information security.
Identify vulnerabilities, security gaps, and improvement opportunities across information assets, proposing and implementing appropriate measures.
Monitor security events and alerts and support the operation and configuration of security control tools.
Identify, investigate, respond to, and mitigate information security and data protection incidents.
Support the configuration and administration of security technologies, including SIEM, EDR, NGFW, GEVU, DLP, and PAM.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of security procedures, standards, policies, and technical documentation.
Support information security risk management and participate in internal and external audits.
Contribute to the implementation of security projects and initiatives aimed at improving the organization’s overall security posture.
Higher education completed or in progress in Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
Knowledge of information security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, ISO 27002, NIST, MITRE, and CIS Controls.
Experience or knowledge in identifying, analyzing, and treating information security incidents.
Familiarity with penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and phishing simulation activities.
Knowledge of security technologies such as EDR, SIEM, PAM, CASB, email protection, and vulnerability management solutions.
Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as container environments.
Knowledge of network perimeter protection technologies, including NGFW, WAF, NAC, VPN, and micro-segmentation.
Security-related certifications are a plus.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to work collaboratively in security and technology environments.
Remote, hybrid, or on-site work options, depending on location and arrangement.
Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM.
