Our team in beautiful Kelowna, BC is looking for a friendly and proficient Dental Administrator on a full-time basis to join their clinic.

The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 33 -36 hours per week
• Days of the week: Monday - Thursday, no evenings or weekends!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an asset
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
• Treatment and hygiene coordination experience also an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
