NedaLawyer, APC is a Temecula family law firm representing business owners and professionals in high-asset divorce, custody, and support matters. We are hiring a family law associate with 2–5 years of experience who wants substantive work, real courtroom time, and direct mentorship from the managing attorney.

What We Offer

• $150,000 – $185,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses

• We offer a $20,000 signing bonus, paid in two installments of $10,000 at six months and $10,000 at one year of employment.

• 37.5-40-hour work week

$150,000 - $185,000 yearly with Signing Bonus

What You Will Do

• Manage a family law caseload from filing through resolution, with partner oversight

• Appear at RFOs, DVRO hearings, settlement conferences, and trials in Riverside County Superior Court

• Handle complex property issues: business valuation, characterization, tracing, and support based on non-W-2 income

• Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and discovery

• Work with forensic accountants, 730 evaluators, and vocational experts

• Communicate with clients clearly and promptly throughout their case

What We Are Looking For

• Active California State Bar license with 2–5 years of family law experience

• Courtroom experience in California family court

• Strong writing skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently

• Interest in pursuing Certified Family Law Specialist status (preferred)
