Experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator – Bilingual Spanish/English

Are you an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator looking for an opportunity to grow with a supportive, upbeat team? We’re looking for a professional, friendly, and bilingual Spanish/English Patient Care Coordinator to join our Cape Coral dental practice.

If you enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced dental environment, we’d love to meet you!

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Dental Patient Care Coordinator or in a dental front office/call center
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • Experience with dental insurance and patient benefits
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, all-digital dental office
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dentrix experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome patients and provide a warm, positive experience
  • Manage front desk operations and patient check-in/check-out
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
  • Assist patients with insurance questions and treatment planning
  • Answer incoming calls and support our call center team
  • Coordinate patient flow and help maintain an efficient schedule
  • Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish
  • Create a welcoming environment that reflects our team’s core values
