Account Manager in Winston Salem, North Carolina at North State Security Group LLC

We are seeking a professional and experienced Account Manager to oversee security operations throughout North Carolina. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the client and is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and compliance with all company and client standards.

The Account Manager will provide direct leadership, oversight, and support to security personnel assigned to the account. This role requires strong leadership skills, client relationship management experience, and the ability to manage multiple locations and teams while maintaining a high standard of security service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated liaison and primary point of contact for client
- Oversee daily security operations across client sites
- Manage, lead, and support multiple teams of security officers
- Conduct regular site visits and quality assurance reviews
- Respond to client concerns, service requests, incidents, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and coverage to ensure all posts remain properly staffed
- Prepare and submit reports, staffing updates, and client communications as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing multiple sites, teams, or client accounts
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel regularly between assigned locations
- Ability to pass all background checks and drug screenings
