About This Position
National Fleet Management/UTD (Used Truck Division)
Location: Statesville, NC
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $42,000 - $48,000 base + performance bonus
About the Role
UTD (Used Truck Department) is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our growing commercial truck sales operation. This role is similar to an F&I Administrator at an automotive dealership, handling title work, inventory management, and sales support.
We sell Class 3-8 commercial trucks to contractors, fleets, and trucking companies nationwide. We're growing fast and need someone who can keep up with the pace while keeping every detail straight.
What You'll Do
Title & Registration (Nationwide)
Process title transfers for all 50 states
Notarize documents and ensure compliance
Track titles and resolve issues quickly
Inventory Management
Enter new trucks into our system
Take quality photos of inventory
Post units to online marketplaces (TruckPaper, Facebook, etc.)
Maintain organized electronic files
Sales Support
Answer sales calls and assist customers
Prepare deal paperwork
Coordinate deliveries and pickups
Support our sales team with administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
Required:
Active North Carolina Notary Public commission
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail
Professional phone and customer service skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks
Valid driver's license
Preferred:
Dealership experience (auto, truck, motorcycle, RV, ATV, powersports)
Title clerk or F&I background
Multi-state title experience
CRM or dealer management system experience
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $42,000 - $48,000 (based on experience)
Performance Bonus: $50 per truck sold
That's an extra $400-500/month at current volume Grows as we grow (we're scaling to 35+ units/month)
