THE OPPORTUNITY
Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a Dining Room Server Assistant for the main clubhouse. In this role, you support our dining room team in delivering an exceptional member experience through attentive service and a well-maintained dining environment. You provide water and bread service, assist with table setup and clearing, and ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready. You take pride in the details, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to a seamless dining experience for members and their guests.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Provide water, bread, and beverage service to members and guests
• Set, bus, reset, and crumb tables throughout service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms and service stations
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
•17.50/hour

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous busser, server assistant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Private club or hospitality experience is a plus
