Monarch is hiring a Painter to join our team at Forest WoodsApartments in Valley Park, MO! If you take pride in your work and want to grow with a company that values its people, we want to hear from you.
Pay & Benefits:
  • $22$25/hr starting pay
  • Quarterly bonus potential (up to $3,000/yr)

What Youll Do:
  • Paint/stain interiors, exteriors, and vacant apartments
  • Assist with light maintenance & make-readies
  • Support the Maintenance Manager with small repairs
Requirements:
  • 1+ year painting/maintenance experience preferred
  • Drywall, painting, and carpentry skills
