Line 4 Production Operator Unload 1st shift in Pioneer, Ohio at Reifel Industries

Pay: $17.00–$17.50/hour | Full-Time | 4 x 10-hour shifts

Join our team at Reifel Industries, an ISO 9001 registered custom e-coating and finishing facility. We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in quality, safety, and teamwork.

• Load and unload parts from racks and bars
• Visually inspect parts for quality defects
• Scan parts and complete work tickets accurately
• Identify and report quality, packaging, or rack issues
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Communicate production concerns between shifts
• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor (Cross Training)

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical work
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. or more
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed
• High school diploma/GED preferred

1st Shift: 4 x 10-hour shifts with minimal overtime and 3-day weekends. 7:45am-5:45pm Monday - Thursday
