Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Program Manager - Content Ops and Learning Technology in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, learning technology, and operational excellence, driving how customer education is delivered and scaled across a complex multi-product ecosystem. You will own the systems and workflows that transform knowledge into structured, measurable, and continuously improving learning experiences. Acting as the operational backbone of a new customer education function, you will ensure content is discoverable, accurate, and effectively connected to support and product ecosystems. The role requires strong ownership of learning platforms, content infrastructure, and cross-functional processes that enable scale. You will collaborate closely with product, support, AI enablement, and engineering teams to unify tools and workflows. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in building systems from the ground up and turning fragmented content into a strategic asset. The environment is fast-moving, highly collaborative, and deeply focused on customer value.
- Own and optimize the learning management ecosystem, including platform administration, configuration, learner journeys, taxonomy design, and integration with support tools to create a unified education experience across products.
- Build and maintain content operations infrastructure, including governance models, ticket-to-article workflows, content auditing, tagging standards, and cross-vertical content coordination.
- Develop and manage analytics dashboards tracking content performance, learner engagement, deflection rates, and knowledge effectiveness, translating insights into operational improvements.
- Drive AI and tooling integration into content workflows, ensuring effective use of AI-assisted drafting, gap detection tools, and emerging automation capabilities.
- Partner with support and product teams to align release cycles with content updates, ensuring timely, accurate, and scalable customer-facing knowledge delivery.
- Oversee content prioritization and project tracking across multiple products and verticals, ensuring visibility, accountability, and execution across all initiatives.
- Continuously improve content discoverability, search performance, and knowledge architecture to maximize self-service adoption and customer success.
- 7–10+ years of experience in content operations, knowledge management, learning technology, or customer education environments, ideally in SaaS or multi-product organizations.
- Hands-on experience administering LMS or learning platforms (e.g., Skilljar, Docebo, Thought Industries, or similar), including configuration and operational ownership.
- Strong ability to manage complex, multi-workstream environments, maintaining clarity across competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Experience designing or operating ticket-to-knowledge workflows, content governance systems, and scalable documentation processes.
- Strong understanding of content taxonomy, metadata structures, and search optimization in help center or knowledge base environments.
- Familiarity with support platforms such as Zendesk and AI-assisted content tooling, with comfort in structured content systems and integrations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret content performance data and make actionable operational recommendations without heavy analyst support.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- 100% employer-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance
- 100% employer-paid basic life and AD&D insurance
- 401(k) plan with 100% company match up to 4%
- Flexible paid time off based on trust and accountability
- 10 paid sick days annually
- 10 company-paid holidays
- 12 weeks of paid parental leave
- Inclusive, remote-first work environment with cross-functional collaboration.
