- Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and deliver clarity in fast-changing environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives for senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and long-term plans.
- Deep retailer empathy and understanding of commercial drivers in grocery and/or enterprise retail ecosystems.
- Inspirational leadership experience, with a track record of building high-performing and engaged teams.
- Competitive base salary ranging from CAD $234,000 to $247,000 depending on location and experience.
- Eligibility for new hire equity grants and annual refresh equity awards.
- Flexible remote-first work environment with autonomy over where you work.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and additional employee support programs (varies by location).
- Access to a highly collaborative, cross-functional, and innovation-driven work culture.
