Registered Nurse (RN)- Clinical Educator , per diem in Bennington, Vermont at Southwestern Vermont Health Care

The RN Clinical Educator is responsible for establishing staff learning needs and designing programs to address those needs, with a primary focus on clinical staff. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring that the organization's regulatory requirements for mandatory education are met and recorded.

BSN required, Masters in health related field and Simulation experience preferred. Minimum two years clinical experience. RN license in the State of Vermont or eligibility Vermont licensure. Current BLS certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months from date of hire. Current BLS instructor preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment.
