Autonomous Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator in Castro Valley, California at WME Express

Location: Foster City, CA
Pay: $40.75/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

We are hiring a Fleet Support Specialist to help keep an autonomous vehicle fleet organized, maintained, and ready for operation.

• Track vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Schedule vehicles for service
• Monitor fleet status and open repair issues
• Create and update work orders and service records
• Order and track vehicle parts
• Inspect repair orders for accuracy and quality
• Update reports, dashboards, and maintenance records
• Work with technicians, engineers, and operations teams
• Use Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and other tracking systems

• 1–2 years of automotive, fleet, service, or similar experience
• Basic knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass background and drug screening
• Willing to travel up to 50% if needed
