CURRENT NEW MEXICO SECURITY GUARD LICENSE REQUIRED
Lobo Protective Services is expanding its Event Security Call List and seeking dependable, professional, and currently licensed New Mexico security officers for upcoming events, special details, and short-term security assignments.
This is an excellent opportunity for licensed security professionals who want to earn $20–$22 per hour while accepting occasional assignments that fit their availability—without committing to another full-time schedule.

When an event or special assignment becomes available, Lobo will contact qualified officers on the call list. You may accept assignments that work with your availability and decline those that do not.

RELIABILITY MATTERS
You are not required to accept every assignment. However, once you accept an assignment, Lobo and our clients must be able to count on you to:
• Arrive on time and ready to work
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Communicate clearly and promptly
• Follow post orders and client instructions
• Provide dependable, professional customer service
• Fulfill your commitment to the accepted assignment

The officers who consistently demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong performance will receive priority consideration when future opportunities become available.

POSSIBLE ASSIGNMENTS
Opportunities may include:
• Community events and festivals
• Concerts and entertainment events
• Corporate and private events
• Weddings and special occasions
• Crowd control and access control
• Special security details
• Temporary client coverage
• Short-term security needs
• Emergency or short-notice assignments
• Other event-security opportunities

Assignments may be available on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on client needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Current and valid New Mexico Security Guard License
• Reliable transportation
• A reliable smartphone with internet access to clock in and out, communicate with management, complete required reports, and perform other job-related tasks
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to follow post orders and client instructions
• Ability to remain alert and professional throughout the assignment
• Commitment to completing all accepted assignments
