About the Role

Reporting to the Manager of Operations and collaborating with the operations team at Tersus, you will be leading a team of operations associates to ensure the success of our brand partners. You will be responsible for leading a team of associates and must learn every aspect of the process required to make the team and Tersus successful. You are a leader willing to get your hands dirty while also stepping back to assess the entire process to know when and how to make changes and evolve with a growing business. This is a physically demanding role but also requires some level of strategic thought and willingness to collaborate and communicate up and down the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to frontline teams through direct management, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, performance management, and team development.
  • Execute against the team's process to hit monthly goals for Tersus and our partners.
  • Create accountability on the team and ensure expectations are clearly communicated and delivered against.
  • Get the most out of your team through demonstrating leadership by doing and coaching.
  • Use all internal tools and develop best practices to track employee performance, hours, and adherence to our Employee Handbook.
  • Effectively communicate with your manager and team members on a daily basis.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and ability to adapt to a changing environment.

This Position Requires

Ideal if You Have Some Combination of
  • Warehouse or laundry experience — experience in e-commerce/retail distribution and fulfillment, either vertically integrated or 3PL.
  • Worked with apparel or outdoor brands.
  • Interest or experience in the circular economy.
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: $20.00-$26.00/hour - Overtime Pay
  • Full-time 40-45 hrs/week • 8-hour day shifts • Monday-Friday (weekends as needed) • No nights
