We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to act as a strategic connection point between business teams, product areas, data specialists, and technology squads.
In this role, you will help transform business challenges into scalable digital solutions with measurable impact.

Accountabilities:

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into functional and technical requirements, and supporting the evolution of digital products and analytics solutions. The role requires close collaboration with product, technology, and data teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, data teams, and technology squads to align priorities and solutions.
  • Identify business challenges and transform them into clear functional requirements, technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define project scope, support backlog prioritization, and contribute to product planning based on business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Participate throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to delivery, validation, and post-launch improvements.
  • Collaborate with development teams during refinements, sprint planning, estimations, and implementation activities.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and expected outcomes through continuous monitoring and validation.
  • Support digital analytics strategies by analyzing metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping evolve data-driven products.
  • Discuss technical solutions with engineering teams and coordinate integrations with internal systems and external providers.
  • Support testing, homologation, incident resolution, and optimization of web ecosystems and analytics solutions.
  • Document processes, configurations, governance practices, and functional requirements to ensure knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and better use of data insights.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, with strong skills in requirements analysis, digital products, analytics, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. A proactive mindset and ability to connect business strategy with technology execution are essential.

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), preferably supporting analytics initiatives and digital products.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and detailed functional requirements.
  • Experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and functional documentation.
  • Knowledge of digital measurement strategies, data analysis, and product performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting product development cycles from ideation through implementation and continuous enhancement.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience working closely with software development teams, participating in sprint ceremonies and technical discussions.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements based on data and business objectives.
  • Experience with solution validation, testing processes, incident management, and system optimization.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, curious, detail-oriented profile with strategic thinking, accountability, and professional maturity.
  • Engagement with technology communities, study groups, or professional development initiatives is a plus.
